    1. One (1) Temporary Structure will be allowed on any individual lot at any given time.
    2. A letter must be submitted from the property owner authorizing the use of the property.
    3. Structure must meet commercial setbacks from property lines.
    4. Structure must be properly anchored.
    5. Maximum time limit for temporary structure - six (6) months.
    6. Letter of compliance from Health Department must be submitted (if applicable).
    7. Employees only will be allowed in structure.
    8. Fee for Temporary Structure Permit - $40.00
    9. Structure must be removed from site at expiration of permit.
    10. Any sign(s) placed on site will require a sign permit prior to placement.
